Comprehensive, personalized myofunctional therapy to support healthy breathing and lifelong wellness.

A variety of tools used in myofunctional therapy, including a REMplenish straw, xClear nasal spray, and a Boom Boom nasal stick.

I work to provide my patients—both children and adults—with specialized myofunctional therapy in person in Plain City and Worthington, Ohio, and virtually for patients anywhere in the world.

My relationship with each patient is built on a foundation of listening, education, and collaboration. Together, we can create an informed treatment plan that addresses your or your loved one's unique needs, supporting healthy breathing, facial growth, posture, and overall wellbeing.

Whether I’m helping your child overcome mouth breathing or helping you find relief from sleep-disordered breathing, my goal is to address the root causes of dysfunction and restore function and balance for lifelong wellness.

"Breath is the finest gift of nature. Be grateful for this wonderful gift."

  • One-on-one comprehensive evaluations are the first step toward better breathing and improved function. During your consultation, I will assess your or your child's breathing patterns, oral and facial muscle coordination, and posture to identify the underlying causes of concern. From there, we can collaboratively create a personalized plan that aligns with your needs and goals—whether you’re seeking help for snoring, tongue thrust, or overall airway health. This foundational step ensures every patient receives thoughtful, individualized care.

  • Myofunctional therapy uses gentle, targeted exercises to strengthen and retrain the muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue. This therapy can improve nasal breathing, speech clarity, chewing, and swallowing while supporting better sleep and focus. My approach for both children and adults offers a natural, non-invasive way to address chronic mouth breathing, poor tongue posture, or orthodontic relapse. With consistent practice and guidance, you or your child can experience meaningful improvements in your quality of life.

  • An incorrect swallowing pattern or tongue thrust can affect dental alignment, speech, and even facial development. Through structured therapy sessions, I will help you or your child retrain muscle memory for correct tongue placement and swallowing mechanics. This improves both oral function and long-term orthodontic stability.

  • Many people experience sleep-disordered breathing or Upper Airway Resistance (UAR) without realizing it. These conditions can lead to daytime fatigue, mood changes, difficulty focusing, and health complications over time. In my practice, I use myofunctional therapy to strengthen the airway muscles, promote nasal breathing, and restore healthy sleep patterns. By improving the way the body breathes and rests, I can help you our your child to achieve deeper, more restorative sleep and better overall health.

  • Collaboration is at the very core of what I do. I work closely with dentists, orthodontists, speech pathologists, sleep physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, whole-body care for you and your loved ones. This team-based approach ensures every aspect of your airway health is supported—from muscle function to structure and lifestyle. Together, we can help you achieve sustainable results that improve breathing, sleep, and overall wellness for life.
